One of the most meditative and beneficial poses in yoga is a handstand or balancing inversion. Take your yoga practice to the next level. Whether you want to learn how to do a handstand safely, or improve your current handstands this workshop is for you. We will discuss anatomy, techniques, exercises based on your personal level to practice on your own, and get full hands on the ground training to get into a handstand on your own or improve your current handstand.
